About

In a nutshell, I'm a believer, a husband to my spectacular wife, a father to my two beautiful girls, a golf enthusiast (and founder of Eat Sleep Golf), a tech enthusiast and a student of cryptocurrency.

I AM:
- a Christian. Although I stumble along the way, I have accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and am dedicated to pursuing a Christ like attitude throughout my life.  I hope this perspective shines through my work, my words and my actions. 

- a husband and father.  I am extremely blessed to have met my soul-mate and best friend, with whom I can share life with. Together we've been further blessed with two amazing daughters. Second to my faith, my family is the most important part of my life. I continue to strive to be a Godly husband to my wife, and set an example of a what it means to be a loving and engaged father to my girls. 

- an entrepreneur.  I've always been intrigued with businesses, start-ups and brand development.  My journey has already lead me down several paths including enterprise level telecommunications, as well as into the golf industry. 

- a sports fanatic. I love playing and watching most sports. I grew up in a Winnipeg, in a very Canadian hockey family.  Walking over to the corner rink in -40 degree weather, with my skates dangling from my hockey stick slung over my shoulder, was a typical winter pass-time.  Today I still enjoy getting out to the rink in the winter, and throughout the summer months it wouldn't be uncommon to find me on the golf course. 

- a tech enthusiast.  I've been hooked to technology since the day our family got our first computer, a Commodore 64. I'm intrigued with the processing and management of data and statistical analysis.  From communication infrastructure, to the evolution of drone technology and more recently the explosion of blockchain technology, I'm passionate to learn more about these technologies, how they function and how they can be utilized throughout various industries. 


Background Info
I have a background in technology, including a degree in Information Systems and extensive experience with communication infrastructures such as the Blackberry Enterprise Server.  I have a passion for the tourism industry, in particular the golf industry, which goes far deeper than the enjoyment of playing golf.  I've been intrigued with golf as a platform for networking, both socially and from a business perspective.  For the past 10 years, I've utilized the golf industry as an arena for building relationships.  If you're intrigued with my work and/or if our passions align, don't hesitate to reach out, as I'd be happy to connect.


Education
I attended post secondary establishments on two occasions with very different areas of focus, Tourism & Technology.  I now enjoy exploring ideas and opportunities for how these two unique areas can overlap creating fun, engaging projects.
